I was immediately told that I would not able to get the purple color I wanted, so that was an instant turnoff for me. Also, I was told the highlites color would last a long time. After only 3 days, the red highlight with the purple enhancer is already starting to fade into red. The good news is that she was correct (so far) about it fading well into the natural color of my hair. Still, for the price, I expected the color to last a lot longer. The haircut wasn't too bad, but it could have been more even and it was cut a little too short in back.nI also didn't feel like the place was very clean as I noticed a lot of hair lying around on products, towels, baseboards, and surfaces.nFelt disappointed because the place was recommended to me since my other salon closed, and it did not live up to my expectations.
Valerie gave exemplary quality service from the moment I entered the door to the time I left. She did an excellent job with my color and cut. It was amazing!
I had an amazing experience with getting my hair cut today. I have been growing it out to donate it and I not only was able donate to a great organization but was also able to get a good haircut while I was at it. I felt very welcomed and valued especially as a first time customer!
