Sunday times need to be updated online. Was not open at 7:45, had to walk to starbucks. Its still is the best coffee downtown, fine tea and lemonade as well. Staff is always friendly, and keeping the place clean. They have been and continue to set the bar for covid precautions which I apreaciate. Great place, a must if your looking for coffee downtown!
I go here all the time as I live in the apartment building above it. Staff is very friendly. Good coffee and pastry assortments. Also do a great job with Covid precautions.
The nicest people but wow was this coffee bad. The light roast was bitter and astringent and the iced latte was just water down coffee with oat milk in it — no espresso! Had high hopes but this fell short.

This is the an incredible place for coffee. I've waxed prosaically on Phoenix Coffee before, but I have to say this is their best location. The preparation is masterly, the atmosphere wonderful, and the staff are amazing. Among the three best places this coffee in Cleveland. Thank you, Phoenix on West Street!
