And they were quick with my order even though I only ordered a double shot of espresso. They're so nice and I love it :)

I work in the building and order at least 3 times a week, usually a simple latte. I use the mobile service and order it from my office and typically come down 5-10 minutes later. I consistently have to wait at least an additional 5 minutes after ordering through the mobile service. The majority of the time there is literally one person making drinks and 15-20 people waiting. I've been to lots of Starbucks but this one really is not equipped to handle their customer base.

I love the small ordering area that opens up to a small but decent dining area. I'm actually not kidding when I say that :) It was kind of cute. And they were quick with my order even though I only ordered a double shot of espresso. They're so nice and I love it :)

I LOVE the Starbucks on Public Square in the Huntington Bldg - the baristas are AMAZING!!!! They're homebase for this girl ud83dudc83ud83cudffd

The absolute worst customer service out of all the Starbucks I have been to. I always hesitate to come here but I definitely have a reason to not come anymore. They were loudly talking to a consumer when I walked on but then when I walked in the guy barely spoke a few words to me. I was waiting for my drink and my food as they continued to talk loudly. I'm pretty sure they said something about my sandwich falling out of the box? No idea but they never announced my order or anything. Eventually someone asked the other girl if she finished making the drink yet she said yeah and they asked did she announce it, she said yeah, they said and she is still waiting and started laughing without directly addressing me despite me standing right there the whole time. Yea, a reason why I will no longer come to this location ever again. Dont know who does hiring here but they need to reevaluate their standards and stop hiring unprofessional teenagers.
