When I was there they where very slow 30 minutes to place order another 10 to get it.
I walked in. Wasn't greeted or even acknowledged. There was a caucasian lady getting drinks ready for the drive-thru line. I asked her was anyone working the front counter. She replied I will be with you. When I'm done. Then she came to the register and was like what do you want. I said hello welcome to burger king can i take your order. She just stood there looking at me crazy. I walked out. Customer service doesn't exist. I called the store. I spoke with the 1st. Shift Manager. Who told me that she was a manager. I asked was this location private owned or franchised. He stated that it was franchised. I need for someone in corporate office to see this and address all the customer complaints. At the end of the day they are there to make money and they cannot do that without customers. Rude, discourteous and in need of the proper training. #Something needs to be done before Dayton loses another business.
Look Burger King is just Burger King and I get it. But if you have to go to one this is the one to go to. Now of course everyone's experience is different but I have always had a fast Pleasant experience there and for some reason it's just busy enough to have fresh food but not too busy to have long lines.
Sat in like for over 20 minutes for nothing. This place is great if you want to waste a 30 minute lunch break and not get any food. What a joke
I waited for 15 minutes at the speaker to tell me they would be with me shorter. Another 5. I pulled up to see no one at window and them goofing off. This is bs.CBS. people were blowing their horns. Everyone pulled off. Ridiculous,. Only have 30 minutes for lunch. Last time they were out of meat. Learned my lesson, never again.
