The employee who was working the floor (Zachary) was amazing and was very knowledgable about their products. Gave me a great experience at the poulsbo Big 5. Great customer service!

Very friendly staff, prices are a tad high but look for the sales when they come out, the Team that they have at the Poulsbo location are highly knowledgeable and really friendly. The team there make it worth the trip.

The young lady who I believe is a store manager or an assistant comes across as surly and bossy towards employees. She wears a rainbow flag face mask which I find unprofessional.

Good products and people

Responded to an ad. Clerk took us right to the item. Gary the check out was very helpful. All in all another great Big 5 experience.
