Unbelievable not impress anymore with this place. The last three visits they got my food order wrong. I did a drive thru, order was wrong so I did a walk in to complain. The lady had the nerve to tell me what I ordered.. I think I know and I told her 3 times outside. Stupid face masks required. But, she placed me dead last to correcting my order so I left without anything. Never never will I return to this location. Lost $8.90 on this last trip

I love BK but at this location they can't make your order correctly if their lives depended on it and that's even with me telling them the order repeatedly. They refuse to give me mayo from the back in a side dish or cup, I dont like the packets as much. And everytime I ask for zesty onion ring sauce they tell me they don't have any! I don't recommend this location.

2 whoppers, both with cheese, one no lettuce and onion.nCharged for 3 b4 the manager got involved. But then he said, no tomatoes and onions.nThis went on for several minutes b4 he got the order dictated correctly.

Took forever to get our food. While at the drive thru we checked our bags, was short 2 whoppers with cheese, they gave them to us only to find out there was no cheese on them. We had a big order and things were mixed up very badly, we were also short on fries! I should have known not to go to that Burger King when the week before my husband went in and they kept acting like he wasn't there, he said they weren't that busy, they were just concentrating on the drive thru not the inside dinning order area! He also said they were very rude! He eventually left and went to another Burger King, said they were awesome the one on Dayton Yellowsprings rd in Fairborn! They were very nice, took his order fast, made him feel very welcomed and the food was great!

Last 2 visits: 1st one, got home and an order of fries was missing from my order. Last one, pulled up to drive thru speaker @11:30 pm. I know for a fact they were still open, but no one decided to answer the speaker. Sat there for what seemed like 5 minutes. No one else in line. Terrible.
