They’ve always provided what I would consider five star tax prep, but the experience I had today was, at best, a zero. Roger always did a great job on our taxes, for a very reasonable fee - and for nearly 10 years. Last year I ran out of time to schedule with him, and we ended up doing our own taxes. Today when I called to make an appointment – I was told they would not schedule anyone who didn’t have their taxes done with him last year. I asked the woman I spoke with if it mattered that he had done our taxes nine of the past 10 years, and she said that she was “just repeating what she was told.” Apparently they’re not looking for new clients, or to keep all of the existing ones.

Roger is the owner and has done our taxes for years. He has always been very helpful, reliable and reasonable in price. As long as he is doing taxes , we will be his customers.
