I pass this parking lot on my ruck hikes down the Olentangy trail. Seems like a secure parking spot in a nice neighborhood.
Park is very well kept. There are often many people walking, jogging or biking on the trails. Many of those people are joined by their four legged friends. There are a few picnic tables near the river for anyone looking to have a bite to eat.
Great little parking area for park goers. You can bring your kayak or canoe and launch from here or bring your bike and ride along the 8 miles of bike path going north.
A good place to park when you want to get on the Olentangy trail. Seems like there are always open spots.
Great trails for dogs, pretty scenic for Columbus.
