I recommend this store and Lydi as a hair stylist. She is very professional, detail oriented, and efficient. I personally use the app to check in and it is awesome. It gives you the chance to select your hair stylist, and let's you know when you need to be there, and once I was there, I did not have to wait any time at all. Thank you for a great service.
I am a freshman at The Ohio State University and was looking to go to this Sports Clips to get my hair cut. Being a freshman means I don’t have a car or really any other mode of transportation so I looked online to see if this store was open and they said they were. I booked a Lyft and when I got there the store simply had a hand written note taped to the door saying “opening soon” with no apology or information about hours. I spent close to $20 traveling there and back and you can imagine I was pretty frustrated that all they could provide me with was a piece of printer paper with two words scribbled on it.
