This father and son team are great people! I bought a 2019 Encore and am very pleased. The day after I bought it I noticed the check engine light come on as well as a couple other service lights and so I messaged them about it and heard back right away. I went back to them the next day and the son showed me what the check engine light was from (dirty fuel/fuel filter) and offered to replace it. For the other service lights they referred me to another mechanic who is more familiar with that and he fixed it free of charge. The father also told me if I have any other issues within the next week or two to bring it back to them and they’ll take care of it. I really feel like they are both hard working and honest and I really appreciated that about them.

Dishonest people; I don’t want to even mention how many times they have said something that don’t correspond with what they are selling. The car that I bought from them stopped 3 times in the middle of the road due to engine issues on the DAY 2 of purchase, which I have brought it back and had them fix the car for me (and I had to pay for it). They got it “fixed” after 2 weeks, then I ran it for a week or so thinking that everything was finally fine with this car, a transmission error appeared when I was driving and I was forced to stopped on highway and call the towing service. Not even a repair shop can do anything because there were TOO many codes showing from the readings.nI’m not gonna waste any more time arguing with this dealer; but just wanted to WARN people to think twice before buying from them. I wasted time and $5k and I’m here to tell buyers DON’T be like me.

Bought a 2013 ford focus and they made sure we got taken care of. Cool people, they're real Straight forward. Prices were some of the best i've seen in columbus for really nice cars.
