Well I love coming to Bob Evans. This first time i came there for dinner. We came in and the men took us to our table. It was not busy at all. I waited and waited for someone to ask us if we will like drinks. I mean no one came to us. People who came after us got waited on. To me girl who area was in only had two tables. So I will never come here for dinner. I'm think twice if I ever come back

I called to place a order in the parking lot of Bob Evans Whitehall. I was told by the carry out person at 1:00 pm that (they were too busy to take carry out orders call back in a hour. (Absolutely ud83eudd7a no service) I was inconvenienced and left without buying a meal. Therefore I had to travel to Reynoldsburg to get quality service.

This is my favorite Bob Evans. The service is always fast and friendly. However on my last visit we placed our order and received half of our meal (eggs came first) by the time we got the rest of our meal the eggs were cold. The banana nut bread was so hard. I told the manager about this and was told that is normal to get part of the order. If this is the case the food that cooks quicker should be prepared last so everything can come out all together... May be a while before we go back

Terrible service today. Long wait on food. Order wasnt complete. No side of broccoli,no salad, no water refills, no salt & pepper. No banana bread until leaving. No checking on us. Had to flag down another server to get our order.

Worst service we've ever had at a Bob Evans, or restaurant period. The hostess was very rude to my husband and mother from the time we arrived and though our visit. We waited a half hour to be seated (which is fine, we don't mind waiting). We waited over an hour for our food after we ordered and never received it. Our server checked on us very little and gave us no updates on our food. We ended up paying for our coffee and leaving with empty bellies. I'm pregnant and got quite sick after leaving due to not eating. We usually love going to Bob Evans restaurants, but will definitely be taking a break from them after such an upsetting experience :(
