Worst cut I ever had. Got home and brushed through my hair and saw how choppy and uneven it was
Did really great work with a 3yr old and five yr old girls hair ! Was very friendly and nice with the kids !!
I had a 2 pm appointment and I waited until 315 pm, because: 1. Steve (the Manager) was not there, said he was on his way. 2. His hand was messed up! He should have called his client, he had the telephone number. He had three people waiting for him. All we got was an apology and we are going to have to reschedule. Not rescheduling, not coming back! You just lost a loyal customer with a lot of people waiting to hear about my experience! No professionalism at all..!
Prices went way up. Ridiculous prices, how are you supposed to leave a tip for the hairdresser or barbers when hair cuts and salon prices are so expensive. If these prices continue, you will be out of business. Trust me. Or either no client will show. Lot of elderly can't afford these prices. Shame on the owner.
