Great studio. The instructors here have definitely helped me take my home practice to the next level. Staci makes sure the studio is spotless and that social distancing measures are taken.
I’ve been coming to Bluespot for several months now and I love the community they’ve built. I had a lot of anxiety around starting yoga but once I went to my first drop in class I felt totally at ease that I didn’t need to be a yoga master in order to practice. Over time I keep getting better and I love everything that I get out of practicing yoga.
Bluespot is an amazing yoga studio. I started my hot yoga career coming to a beginners class, and have been hooked ever since. The owner is an ambitious business woman who pays close attention to the details. They offer a wide variety of yoga classes to meet certain needs. Every instructor is courteous and knowledgeable. Not only do you get a phenomenal workout environment you get a place that’s accepting and diverse. A++++
Staci and her crew are incredible. I was intimidated by hot/warm yoga, but they make everyone feel so incredibly welcome and comfortable. I have taken several classes with different instructors and each is an enjoyable as the last. They help push you to be the best yogi you can be.
I always love going to the hot yoga classes here, no matter the instructor. The hot yoga classes always give you a good workout, make you sweat a lot, and make you feel like really accomplished something. Come check it out! It's a great place!
