The Somalian lady from the pharmacy is very rude. She doesn’t care that people are sick and need their medicine. When you try to explain to her she starts arguing with you, this is unbelievable! Why have someone with that attitude working there! Her English is also really bad and you can’t understand a single word she is saying. If I could give it 0 stars I would! Very bad service! This is America! Unacceptable!

I have gone to this location for over three years with complicated meds from a transplant. They are excellent at knowing that my meds cannot be skipped and once they knew I had a transplant, they added my meds to their inventory so as to always have them available for me. That’s excellent considering what a big chain it is. The online app is very useful to take care of things, the pharmacists are top notch and the store staff always say hello and goodbye. It’s clean and they’re highly knowledgeable, even calling Medicare themselves vs me relating info to them. They always look for cheaper prices elsewhere and will let you know if it’s cheaper even at a different pharmacy. That shows that they get the total picture of pharmaceuticals in this current time and advance systems to match the need.

This location is horrible. They never answer the phone. Orders are always messed up. Not to mention no one ever knows what is going on. Walgreens is awwwwaaaaayyyyyt better and down the street.

See I normally don’t write reviews ever but I had to as soon as I left. I came in there to by some detergent. As soon I walked in I was greeted with a smile. When I came in line, there was only one person in front of me. That’s when Leea came and asked me to step forward. She was so polite and instead of giving me an attitude, I loved how she went out of her way to help me look for a key chain. She had the best smile ever and spoke to me in such a sweet voice. She also help me sign up for a rewards card. Thanks Leaa!!

i will never get a script filled here again there terrible in every way leave u on hold just dont take care of they people an its irritating i gotta drive all over columbus just to fill my script i wont recommend nobody here somebody need to have a talk with they 1st shift workers forreal smh
