Natalie really helped me in financing my first car. Being young and not having many options it was great to have Natalie there taking every step with me and helping me weigh my options. I would have to say the dealers at Bexley motorcar Columbus was very polite. Great dealership! I was able to get a car in the end. Everyone was friendly and made me feel welcome. They were patient. I didn’t feel pressured at all and the salesman really cared about my situation. He helped as much as he could and gave me the best deal possible. I am very thankful for them!

After a months long search for the perfect car, we traveled from Dayton to Columbus. John Cowan was an honest-to-God dream. We’ve had less than savory experiences with dealerships, and both my husband and I are very hesitant when dealing with salespeople. The finance manager was able to help us out with a great rate, even though I had totaled my van right before Christmas and the loan company hadn’t received the payout from our insurance company. All in all it was a very pleasant experience, and I HIGHLY recommend Bexley. Ask for John. He’ll hook you up!
