Understaffed only 2 people. Food cold. Ordered coke n got Dr pepper.
Get it together McDonald's! The lobby is closed AND only 1 outdoor lane is open. Long lines and slow service. This has been going on for months. I understand we are in a pandemic but you've had almost a year to make safety changes. Other McDonald's can do it. Why not you! Sloppy management. You can do better
