Always loved every pnc location I went to UP UNTIL I went here. How are you going to work at a bank and have no clue what to do or know any information. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and came a 2nd time and still the same problem. I've never went to a pnc branch that takes 1 hour for ANYTHING. Will NOT be back at this location despite it being only 1 minute from where I live. I rather drive 15 min then to come back.

Find another bank, PNC doesn't care about customers. I had $11k in my accounts with them and wanted a $10k loan, and was turned down because I had good credit, but not enough active credit... I withdrew my money the next day and found a bank that valued me as a customer.
Very courteous staff.
I've literally had no trouble at this bank or branch. Personally I'm very paranoid about my money and I end up depositing money every couple of weeks or so and lines have never been outrageously long. I mean more staff/tellers would be awesome but hey, you got to work with what you got. I also am worried about investments and the financial advisors have been very helpful got a new credit card set up in a jiff and he had given me his number at the branch to reach him directly if I had any questions.
