My appointment time has passed and nothing is in the booth except an empty box of marshmallows pies. The number in my confirmation email says there's no information on this office.

Was in a bind and needed money that day. Took my W-2's to Jackson Hewitt because of the cash advance they offer. Tanya did my taxes and she was very pleasant to work with. She asked me questions that other tax preparers never asked in the past and found deductions I didn't know about. Because of these deductions I got the biggest refund this year than I've ever gotten. She answered all my questions and explained things in a way that I could understand. She told me that it would take up to 2 hours for the advance to load to the card. It only took about an hour & because Tanya knew I was in a bind, she took the time to call me to let me know the money was available. If you go there to get your taxes done ask for Tanya. She really knows her stuff!

Very professional and friendly. Expensive, but it's hard to find anyone with covid19.
