Finally car buying that doesn’t feel shady! It was nice to be shown available vehicles without being asked for my blood type and the name of my childhood pet first. We were helped by Steve who was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Excellent customer service all around and we finally left with a great vehicle that met all of our specific needs.
Got my car in and fixed within the day which was awesome! They kept in contact with me about everything all throughout the day. The only thing that was a negative is they didn't reset my check engine light, which is still on. So, even though my car drives much better, we're not 100% sure everything was fixed that needed fixed because the check engine light is still on!
Previously had come to this dealership and had a less than satisfactory experience. Went back today and spoke with Preston who was able to get me and my truck back on track. I appreciate you guys for taking the time to listen to my concerns and address them. Many thanksn- Brian Griggs
