Very friendly service and was helpful if needed. Was given the ability to text or check on status of vehicle through the process. The young man even opened my door which was very nice. Highly recommend if you need any service.
Took my car to Matt Taylor Kia of Lancaster since I’ve heard they have an excellent service department. They kept me updated on the progress and they were able to fix my issue correctly. It was completed on time and there were no hidden costs from original quote. I highly recommend them!

Tyler Johnson was excellent! He was not pushy and never made me feel any pressure to buy. He had the vehicles I was interested in ready to go when we got there and was very thorough explaining the bells and whistles to us.
