Sydney and I are beyond happy!! Absolutely amazing customer service! They have a very easy process to have you in and out with a brand new car. The relationship building with our salesman and sales manager during that process was phenomenal. You can tell they truly want what is best for their customers. The F&I process was just as easy! Huge thank you to Mike Robinson, barb, and Tony for all of the help and working a little past closing time for us. We appreciate all that you do and will be back again in the future! Had an amazing time buying a car here! Ryan Wheatley made it ridiculously easy. He immediately understood what we were looking for and was able to recommend several other vehicles that were better than the one we came to look at. This will definitely be the place I come back to when I am in the market for another new car.

Highly recommended. I was looking far and wide for the specific color combination I wanted on an Expedition. And obviously looking for the best price as well. In fact, I ended up flying in from 500 miles away to buy this vehicle and drive it back home.nnMy BS-meter is on high alert when car shopping and I've walked a number of times in the past based on dealer behavior. In fact, I thought I was very close to a deal with another dealer when all the hidden charges came out and I bailed.nnI immediately felt a good comfort level from the first contact with Mike Robinson of Bob-Boyd Ford. There was no under-handed tricks or hard sell involved. My interactions with the business manager (Tom Allen) and sales manager (Barb Whittington) were very good as well.nnThis was the best car buying experience I've ever had.
