My story is long so will spare the details. In short, what could have been a very difficult situation was handled extremely well by the dealership. If you are fair and have patience, they will be fair as well. Buying and selling used cars is a tough business and I really appreciate how they handled my situation and put the customer first.

Just left this dealership. Went in with intent to buy. Got little to no help at all the guy never even came out of his office. Had to go in two times to get any information. Shame because we were interested in really buying.

I bought a 2006 Toyota Camry solara on or about may 5th and they said we just got this in 2 days ago and it is a great car. They said we had it looked over and it will last a long time. So I paid 3500 and left with the car. So 1st thing the window washer fluid pump was bad and didn't work. Not a big deal but they clearly didn't look at anything like they said.nThennThe brake pads was shot. So yet again they never looked at it. So I got new brakes. Then on june 12th me and my friend who has been working on cars for 20 years changed the wheel bearing. Well that took 19 hours because or was so bad the whole outside of the bearing got so hot it welded it self to the knuckle. I had several mechanics say that they couldn't have looked or driven it that long. So after all that we get the car together and magically it goes out. It showed no signs of going bad. Maybe if they would have looked over the car more they could've maybe caught it. I feel like they cheated me out of 3500 dollars.nI will never go back and never reccomend anyone to go there.nI would buy something on the corner of Parsons ave before I ever go back there.
