Hands down the most honest and trustworthy dealership I’ve ever purchased from! I’m on car #6, and this dealership has by far been the best! You’re in good hands with them! Slow, slow, slow. From the time we made a deal to the time I was out the door was over 3 hours. after I left I was informed that the paperwork was messed up and would need to resign. Plus after spending $30,000 plus dollars with them they we're not willing to meet me 30 minutes closer to my house. They said they were short-staffed on Saturdays. When I went in to pick up the truck there was at least four or five sales people that were sitting there doing nothing.nThe only reason they got a two-star not a one-star was because they had a fair price on a nice vehicle.
Great experience at GMC Cadillac. Adam and Ryan were very helpful and transparent throughout the process. Emphasis on transparency, they really try to make long term relationships at this car dealership. That's a trait that I have not seen at any other dealership in my shopping experience.
