The service department did an excellent job, fast and courteous, and vehicle was returned clean. Despite overbearing government restrictions due to the virus..nnSecond visit on 8/17/20 still rates a 5 and is configured to deal with virus concerns without much interference or inconvenience to customers. The service desk is under new management, much improved. Same great mechanics, always courteous, and careful with my vehicle.nnAnother visit 12/2020 and despite an overall problematic year for everyone, the dealership continues to provide excellent customer service. Still rate at 5 stars.

The service department was great a helping me. Christine was pleasant and very helpful. Also got all my concerns completed! The reason not 5 star is I’ve told the sales department over and over I’m not selling my car and now when you make an appointment they feel it’s their cue to contact me. Also all the mailings....When I am ready to sell I’ll let them know but now I really don’t want to make an appointment because I’ll get contacted. Please update your system and don’t ask me after I’ve said I’m not selling!

It was a pleasure to work with Michael Sleight at Peake Chrysler and the rest of the team. They wanted me to buy extended warranty, etc. but did not pressure relentlessly. Overall, it seemed that Michael wanted to be sure I was happy with my purchase and that I had at least a little understanding of the new-fangled controls, etc.. in my new van. I would purchase from this place again if looking for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep...etc. Very happy.

Great, fast service and very fair prices. We made an appointment to look at a truck we saw online since it was over an hour away from our house. After looking at the truck, our research showed Peake priced the truck below the NADA value, everywhere else we shopped were priced above NADA value and unwilling to negotiate. In less than 4 hrs from the test drive, we had signed paperwork and were happily driving away in our new truck. Thanks Peake, you may have a new loyal customer.

Would not recommend to buy a vehicle from this place, especially if you are buying it from from another state. Michael (salesman) was very rude, aggressive and was not professional over the phone, Jason (finance) told me over the phone the total price of the vehicle out the door and that he needed to run my credit and a deposit to hold the vehicle which I have agreed. After 30 minutes he called me and told me that I had 2 hours to decide when I was going to fly to finish the deal and that I could not bring a bank from my state because they were going to charge me an extra $500 fee on top of the price we previously discussed, also told me that they were 12 other people interested in the vehicle, the deal was basically take it or leave it because there are more people in line. I didn't have the opportunity to get a better interest rate(5.4%) even when my credit score was 790. I really wanted the vehicle and basically was force to fly next day to finish the deal at they terms. The vehicle was the way they described it to me but what I'm rating here is the way they do business (costumer service).
