Auto Outlets of Wolcott

I was pleasantly surprised with the service at the Wolcott auto outlet. I saw a jeep that I was very interested in and I contacted them and to my surprise they responded almost immediately. I was able to put a deposit on the jeep until I was able to physically see it. When I arrived they were very curtious , (not pushy like some dealerships ). Their prices are extremely fair and the customer service was excellent, they made purchasing a new vehicle effortless for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a new car. Kudos to the whole team!

Lindsey was amazing to work with. I loved that she allowed us to look at the vehicle without standing over us the whole time. She was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. As for the vehicle. We believe we got a great price on a very clean vehicle.

I have worked in the car industry and was surprised that when I took ownership of the vehicle the salesman never went over anything about the car. There were buttons I was not sure of. The visors were dirty still, and the oil most likely was changed when they bought it but they never changed it before I took ownership so I will have to pay for an oil change on Monday when I just bought the car a week and a half ago. I called about it and the sales manager nor the salesman called me back. Great customer service! Not.. I was sick of dealing with it so decided to just let it go and move on rather than stress myself out. I was just a number, I don’t feel they were looking out for my best interest. I felt very rushed into the process and knowing how things work I should have been smarter. I do love the vehicle I bought and am hoping that things work out and nothing happens. Would I return to this dealership for another car or recommend them? Probably not!

We had previously spent forever at a dealership that showed us 4 trucks that were already sold. It was awful. And we had made an appointment to see a specific truck that was already sold before we made the appointment. ud83dude44 We were discouraged but made an appointment to see a truck at auto outlets and when we got there (super late) the truck was up front waiting there. Patrick came right out and told us to take it for a ride and let him know what we thought. Within a couple hours we were on the road with our new truck. It would have take days to accomplish what they did in 2 hours at the other dealership, and they were friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a great deal. I didn’t feel pressured in any way. Just relieved! Thanks Guys!

I went in knowing what I wanted and had my financing already set so other then the test drive and me giving them a check i didn't have much interaction with them but the few I did speak with were nice people and really informative on the few questions I did have. My sales guy Brad was a good guy. Knew I was set on what I wanted so he didn't push any of his recommendation on me to try other vehicles or add this or that. Thanks for the easy transaction will see u guys again for my next purchase
