Beyond the Sea

Had Fried Calamari App was very well seasoned. Was served on slate stone tile. Not sure i would use slate as a chef its very brittle, I would hate to chip a tooth on a loose piece. Also had Caesar salad with salmon, dressing was great, presented deconstructed. But as owner made the point that it allows people a verity of ways to eat it.

Wow! This is the most amazing restaurant I have ever been to! I am from Long Island, so I’ve been to upscale restaurants in Long Island, New York City and many more places and this was by far the best! This is the most elegant restaurant in the Bolton Landing/ Lake George area. This is fine dining and more importantly amazing food! I ordered the duck and it was the best duck I’ve ever tasted in my life. My parents had the surf and turf and that was amazing as well. I highly recommend this place. The owner came out and introduced himself and recommended some dishes. He is such a great guy! The waiter was great as well. The music was awesome, all oldies, which we love! They also accommodated us close to closing time on a Monday, and didn’t mind us enjoying our time! This restaurant had class, amazing food, great atmosphere, great music and great service! We will definitely be there again.

Wonderful Experience! The Surf and Turf was cooked to perfection and the Brussel sprouts appetizer was delicious. David and Mary have created a warm environment with everything from the service to the menu on point! Would highly recommend.

Beyond the Sea is exceptional every time we go. The staff will make you feel like family while simultaneously providing 5 star quality service. The food is always incredible and two of my all time favorite alcoholic beverages were first tried at Beyond the Sea. This restaurant will be a family favorite for years to come!
