A Frosty Fest

My family and I have been going to a frosty fest for several years and my kids (6 and 8) love it. We went today (11/28/20) and there were limited tickets and the crowd was not bad.nIt’s not huge and not too crowded.nThis year was a challenge for the staff I’m sure but it was handled well. The staff are all very helpful and polite....they truly want you to have a nice time, right down to the parking staff. I had an issue with one of the images I purchased and the gentleman rectified it immediately and was very nice. Jingles (Ryan Dutcher) is absolutely adorable and his shows are always great. He had us all laughing under our masks. My only suggestions would be maybe a few more modest attractions where the hayride lines used to be, and maybe a few more magical rooms to check out in Santa’s workshop tour. Thanks for being open safely this year! The main reason we were okay with it was due to the limited ticket sales and proper precautions. Though we did miss being in Santa’s home. We appreciate being able to do at least one tradition this year. Thanks!
