Absolutely astonishing company, very quick and reliable with no problems whatsoever. These guys know what they’re doing and we’re able to deliver all of my items intact. Would definitely recommend!

Sprinter Van Lines STOLE FROM ME. Do not use this company! I tried reaching out to them about a missing box and no one has gotten back to me. Our boxes arrived as though they'd been thrown around and the driver (who arrived in an unmarked truck) was a nightmare to deal with. The mover didn't show up for 2 days and had no response about our missing items. I hired American Van Lines to move us cross country, but Sprinter Van Lines picked our belongings up and we received our final invoice from Sprinter. They tried overcharging us for the balance as well. Save yourself the headache of having your things stolen.

I never wanted to move such a long distance but due to a new job I had to move with my family. I needed professional help and that’s why I hired Sprinter van lines because this company was recommended by a friend. Their rep was very helpful explaining the entire process and also offered a great deal. And the 4 man team did a fantastic job moving all my belongings without any damage or delay. I checked the entire inventory and did not get a reason to complain. Surely a 5 star worth performance.

I have never come across movers who are better at their jobs than the men from Sprinter van lines. I hired them to move my belongings after a friend recommended them. The movers were well prepared for the job. They packed everything correctly and seemed very reliable. I couldn’t believe how easily they carried all my furniture down three sets of stairs. The delivery was made on time and nothing was damaged. Other movers who helped me in the past were barely capable of doing this job. These guys, however, were the masters!

When the movers showed up the guy in charge wasn’t even in the front door before he advised me that there is no way he could move what was on the list for the price I was given. After and hour of going back and forth and the lack of professionalism from the person that quoted me I had no choice but to move forward with the move since my home had sold. The move Coat me double.nnThe guys were quick I was very impressed with how fast they packed up the trucks.nnMy furniture was placed in storage because my new house hadn’t closed yet.nnThe same movers came and even through the boxes were labeled did not place them in the proper rooms.nnI noticed several pieces of my furniture were broken. The supervisor of the job said to take an inventory and file a claim which I did.nnNow 2 months later and I am still waiting for a resolution. The clam departments response was they have up to 120 days.nnI just went to move my bed and a big piece of my headboard came apart.
