Called Advance Lock at 9:20am because we could not open the door from outside the Baldwin handle was broke. Ash asked me to send a picture of my door handle to his cell phone so he knew what parts to bring and was at my house 20 minutes later. Mind you it’s snowing out. Ash was very professional and extremely pleasant and honest, he fixed my door handle in no time. I have always used Advance to have keys made but this was the first time I needed a service at my home. I wouldn’t use any other locksmith. Definitely recommend them.
Ash is Amazing!! Excellent customer service every time you go there he makes every one feel like family. His prices are so reasonable, I paid half the price I would of paid at the Dealership. No appointment was necessary. I asked if can go right away he said yes .. saved me a two hour trip and charged me half the price I would of paid!!! You MUST use his services trust me you would not go to another locksmith for anything!!!

Advance Lock & Key is hands down the best locksmith on Staten Island! Ash is awesome and was incredibly helpful in changing our locks and replacing keys when we purchased our home. He took the time to make sure we understood what he was doing and educated us about possible future replacements. I highly recommend using Ash and Advance!
Advance Lock & Key/SI provided amazing service. Ash W. was so efficient in opening my deceased dad's WWII footlocker, and it was bittersweet for me, since I used to go to Advance Lock & Key with my dad as a little boy during the past 52 years they've been in business.
