I just received the car I leased for my son's graduation gift and it has been by far the most easiest and most convenient experience I have had. James was able to accommodate my every need as far as what I was looking for in a car. We handled everything over the phone and he personally delivered it to my house on the date as promised all the while keeping it a surprise for my son. I enjoyed with this company as a first time leaser. I tried a different place but did not get what I wanted. Status and working with Sulu I was able to get a car I was very happy with! And they delivered to my house! Would highly recommend to anyone!
AVOID...Used Sal as the Agent at Status. We agreed that the payments from my existing lease return were going to be split... BATE and SWITCH.... Cost me over $1100 to rectify his Misunderstanding. Get everything in writing!!! I would avoid. I called him to discuss several times and no returned calls. Poor Sales and Service!
My experience with Jimmy at Status Leasing was amazing. He delivered on every feature I wanted in my Jeep Gladiator. Jimmy was highly attentive and made the leasing process very easy. I will definitely return to Status Leasing in the future.
