The staff is always very curtious and polite. Going through the drive through wearing masks and gloves always makes you feel better. If any orders get screwed up . I would go back. And they always correct and do right. Using dunkin donuts app let's you order ahead. You can go through the drive through and say the name to pick it up. Very satisfied customer.
Each time I feel like I need some Caffeine and searching for the nearest Dunkin, I am full of appreciation. They are near you almost everywhere in the East coast (And soon in the West).
I'm not one to complain since I used to work at dunkin, but the iced coffee I just ordered literally tasted like water. Not a trace of coffee. There wasn't even a big rush going on. Such a waste of money and time!
