Great Balkan food must try

I walked up with my husband to try this place out, there were so many people sitting at the tables smoking that we turned around and left. Not everyone wants to breathe in cigarette smoke while trying to enjoy a meal. I don't know what kind of cafe lets people smoke right next to people eating. It's very bizarre and gross.

This place has been a nuisance since it opened. Often there is loud music, people blowing smoke everywhere, customer's cars blocking the crosswalks and countless cigarette butts littering the ground . I drove past the other day and the waitress wasn't wearing a mask.
