My familly from Woodbridge New Jersy using this cab service since 2000 and every time we go to newark or jfk these guys are even 10-15 minuts early whatever time we ask for also drivers are so friendly and helpful and even always help with loading and unloading bags. They never charge for any airport waiting and all Rates are reasonable. we even call them from out of country to ask them to come and pick us up from airport coming back to our home and they do not change for waiting. Really Really nice drivers and dispatchers.Try atleast once to see a difference.

These ppl are so damn rude. I Called for a taxi the guy said give him 15 minutes, remind u it’s cold it 15 degrees outside. I didn’t answer fast enough so the tax left. I called and ask where was he. The dispatcher said look u didn’t answer fast enough we think you’re cheating us. I asked for another taxi he said NO and don’t call back again. Very terrible service. So I guess they wanted me to wait outside in the cold.... Screw them

Always on time, clean cars and safe driving. Much better than Uber for Airport rides.
