Wish I could give this place zero stars. Terrible service. My 2018 taxes were filed incorrectly by their accountant and they have not amended despite my numerous emails and calls. They never reply and have shown no care to get me my refund that I should have received based on my payment to them for their services. How dare you charge and not fulfill your job you got paid to do. I have been emailing and calling for over a year and this still has not gotten resolved.

Never able to talk to any preparer when there is a problem, and there are numerous mistakes that they refuse to address.

I'm a client of Karpicki Zanelotti and have been trying to file Q1 payroll taxes for my business since April 2019 as there was an error with the filing. I've called their office almost everyday trying to find out why this hasn't been taken care of and every single time I'm given the run around. I'm extremely disappointed, I've never experience such unprofessionalism. I have emailed Melissa Lane 16 times and have yet to receive a reply. I've left messages over 30 times with their receptionist and have never received a phone call back. I wanted to share my experience so others will know to take their business elsewhere. As as small women owned business I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism, it's a waste of my time, energy, and it's extremely frustrating to be ignored and not taken seriously.
