Hudson Valley Credit Union

I do not recommend this bank and especially for mortgage loans. Me and my wife have been waiting over 3 weeks for the underwriters to complete our loan. Myself the buyer and the agents are frustrated because all the bank keeps telling us is that it's in final underwriting. It's gotten to the point where the agents are telling agents not to use Hudson valley credit Union this is unfortunate.

Very friendly and understanding

Always loved this credit union and I feel people deserve recognition when they are good at their job ,and very attentive with guests ,one of the tellers by the name shane did exactly that .ud83dudc4fMost experiences I have with tellers arent that nice so thankyou for your kindness I was having a rough day you made it better .

A few Months ago (May I think) my Wife and I applied for a used car loan. We dealt with 3 wonderful people who were extremely helpful and friendly. They all were great and answered our questions and all 3 had really good ideas that helped us choose our vehicle. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the first woman whom we dealt with at the branch. She was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with as well as Lora Wilson Financial Services Representative and Troy Mahon LPL Registered Sales Associate. Thank you to you all. You made our purchase a lot easier.
