A truly soulless location. Employees seem unmotivated, dismal, sad, and there’s no spark in anybody’s eyes. Masks or not, not a single smile in this place..... if those employees only knew they were failing every future interview with potential employers on each transaction. I can’t place blame on them.... management should step in and help their employees..... either way I think this location just LOST at least 15 years of future DAILY sales from this now former patron. Gas, food, and convenience are almost everywhere now.... Businesses still need to give us a pleasant experience. Maybe LIST SALES will get someone to act.... if not, I guess that tells the entire story.

Used to be an awesome place. Now nothing but ignorance, attitude and poor service. The chain itself is great. This location continuously sucks more and more with employees who just don't care about customer service AT ALL. Go to a different one.

I always like the choices here! It's very clean and friendly. Huge shout out to the mail cashier around 1:15 - 1:45pm. He was very kind and super friendly. Could feel and see his smile and respect behind his mask

Byrne dairy has the best ice cream and sandwiches you’ll ever have!

Great tasting milk and ice cream! This location is also very clean and staff is very friendly. Great pit stop when coming to and from Seneca Lake!
