Tom Wahl's Canandaigua

Great feel and nice atmosphere for a post covid diner. The food arrived quicker then expected since we got there close to close. The food was well made and the portions were very generous. The waitress was very kind and made a point to regularly check in on us.

Recently visited during a busy lunch hour. I guess my order got mixed up with another customers and was handed to the wrong person (my beeper never worked). One manager quickly spotted the error, had my order redone, and even offered a free item on my next visit. Still great food and excellent customer service.

Great staff. Always local young kids running the place and they do just great. Delicious food. Recommend junker plate if you are hungry.

Their ice cream counter was a quick in-and-out affair, even thought he restaurant was plenty busy. It's great that they make sure that all their service stations are properly staffed
