I have had a few beginner class a long time ago, but this was my first hot yoga class. It was perfect for this old man to keep up and still challenging. There was a sub for the class this night (Heidi Nowatzke) and she did an Awesome job.
My wife and I are new to hot yoga. We love it here. The class selection is huge (30+ classes a day). Great staff, and the coffee shop next door is the best in town. You can go get coffee and not do any yoga. Memberships really cut down on the price of each class so if you are going a lot consider that. The members also seem to be very very nice people. They also have a fine selection of candles and incense in their shop, all very reasonably priced. They sell top shelf mats and yoga accessories as well (Manduka, Lululemon...)
Next time I am in St George I’m back!! Keshia’s hot yoga class on Sunday was the perfect detoxifying and fill-up with energy and mindfulness that I needed. 🙏🏼
Love BeHot! The best instructors in the world! Being a member at Behot has improved my attitude. The employees are always professional, helpful, and smiling.
Super! I'm visiting from out of town and they're super friendly. They have a beautiful and clean facility and cool instructors. I totally recommend 👍👍
