Texas Roadhouse

The food was fantastic but we had a poor experience with the waiter. He got the order for my sisters drink wrong and when he brought them to us he handed them to the wrong people.. He put the salads in front of the wrong people and there was a hair in one of them.nnI ordered my steak with onions but he brought me my steak out without them, but I got charged as if I had received them. I ordered 2 fries for my side and he gave me 2 loaded fries, which was an extra expense I didn't want.nnI absolutely loved the taste of the food, which is why I gave the 3 star rating, otherwise it would have been a 2 to be completely honest.nnI love Texas roadhouse, they have incredible food and 99% of the time the service is top of the line. I'm not sure if it was my servers first day or week in this line of work, so if it was, I can understand this a bit better and would be willing to bump this up to a 4. But as it stands this was, unfortunately, the 1% of the time I was unsatisfied with the service.nnI'll definitely return, as I love this restaurant so much, though. Don't take this review as the standard experience, its very very often impeccable service. Until next time ^v^

Great steak. Great service. Our waitress was Lindsey. On top of her game the whole time. She should be training all your waitresses and waiters. Paid attention to us and the tables around us. Drinks were refilled without waiting. Great asset to your company.

Excellent meal, servers spot on love to see such polite young people. Steak was perfectly cooked, salads crisp, cold fresh. Rattlesnake bites are awesome. Prices fair and reasonable.

Absolutely love this place! Only issue I had was when my daughter decided to join us, she wasn't allowed to come to our table unless someone left. My husband had to sit at the bar, rather than pulling a chair up. Waitress was fantastic. Food was amazing. Hostesses were great.

My number 1 place to eat! I'm a picky eater when I go out to eat and Texas Roadhouse makes my stomach extremely happy! They season their food perfectly and everything is made wonderfully! Always hot when the food needs to be hot! Staff is always friendly and happy to help! I definitely recommend this place for your next place to eat!
