KFC

Interior of restaurant is closed to the public so we ate on the car. It would have been nice to have a large trash can available to dispose of our wrappings and bones, but I did not see one. One order called the famous bowl was good, but short on gravy. The other order of 1 piece chicken breast, fries, biscuit, and cookie was hot. The chicken was a little tougher and stringier than I am used to. The fries were way over salted and were therefore unappealing. The biscuit was probably baked in anticipation of the lunch crowd, and it was not the light fluffy biscuit I expected. It was heavy and somewhat hard. We eat at this location 3 to 4 times a year and this is pretty much what we have come to expect.

OMG!! Over $16 for an 8 piece bucket chicken only. I asked for all dark meat and still got breasts. Then I bite into it and it's so bitter I can't eat it. The bottom of my plate has dark fry oil all over it. My guess is the fryer oil hasn't been changed in quite some time. I'm done with KFC!!!! ud83dude1c

Manager was yelling at and cussing out employee back and forth for 10 minutes while a customer was sitting at the drive thru window watching. Completely unprofessional.

The service was very good! The quality of the food is excellent and the drinks are delicious! My only qualm was that the fries were a bit too salty. They made my mouth so dry, but the flavor besides that was excellent!
