Chipotle Mexican Grill

I tried ordering a chicken and cheese quesadilla for my kids and they said that I couldn't have it. The only way now is by ordering online for the quesadilla. So I ordered three soft tacos instead. I also ordered two chicken bowls and the rice was still not cooked all the way. It was way to hard. The chicken was way to spicy this time.Honestly, they were so busy and it seemed like they didn't have enough staff. Only two people were on the line during dinner time. People who even had online orders were still waiting for there food. So either way in person or online order they still were waiting. Not a good experience and this makes me not want to come to Chipotle again for a very long time.

They have an awesome crew overall, it seems that they are well trained and are hard workers.
