Friendly's

Were told we should wait in our car and they would call in 15 to 20 minutes when our table was ready. We waited for 30 or more in 35 degree weather before we decided to leave. Call came after 40 to 45 minutes. No apology for the wait. No checking in that it was taking longer than expected. Very poor customer service.

We went there for dessert and we all got a different sundae. The sundaes were perfectly made and the waiter was friendly and courteous to us. Great place to go and I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I waited around 30 minutes at the ice cream window for two strawberry milkshakes. The staff walked by the window multiple times but did not answer to take our order. When we did get service, the manager was incredibly rude and short. Definitely better places to spend your money than here.

The wait and service at the ice cream window did not meet expectations. Ordered a sundae, which should come with two toppings. When I asked for Reese’s cups as one of the toppings the server asked how many. I told her the normal amount that comes as a topping. I don’t know? She said the normal amount was 0 and that sundaes don’t come with toppings. So, I was charged extra for the toppings. We also ordered a chocolate fribble. It was grainy and very liquid, like chocolate milk. The wait at the window was more than 15 minutes and it was not worth the cost of quality of the ice cream.

Waited an hour for delivery 7 minutes away. All the food is barely warm and I’m missing an item. Hire more drivers if you can’t keep up with the volume. Double check orders.
