The staff at Monroe went out of their way to accommodate me in my recent visit. Because I was on a tight schedule it was necessary for them to search for tires for my car and get them installed in a reasonable time. They did an outstanding job. They are definitely a customer friendly place.

Today I had a car inspection The man on the front counter was really mean to me;nFirst he said you can’t wait in the waiting area , I told him that is ok I will walk out until you finish, then he said no this is not OK I will reschedule you, I told no leave the appointment as is.nnWhen I came to take my car I found a lady sitting in the waiting room???nnPlus he was like nervous when he talked to mennI do not recommend this place to anyone
