Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Quick. To the Point. Thorough. Valvoline is my Go To for oil changes. Despite them being a bit pricey compared to other places, the fact I can sit in my car and be actively involved in the check up/diagnostics, as well as watch the oil change on a screen, well the peace of mind is worth that extra $25/$30.

I stopped in on a late Sunday afternoon, 2/7/21, nervous after noticing something was leaking out of my car due to a stain on my driveway. Emily was so nice and reassuring that they would check it out further for me once inside after she did a quick oil and coolant check outside in the cold and snow flurries. Once I was in the bay, she and Peter did a thorough check of all fluids and he found some oil leaking a bit due to the cap below not being on as tight as it should be so that might have been the culprit. Their time and effort was very much appreciated! I have always been impressed with the staff there on every previous visit as well.

Waited like 15 minutes before anyone came out to me or the other cars waiting. Then like 4 people in a row came out to ask what we were there for (all cars). After telling multiple people I was there for an inspection and being told it would be like 10 more minutes to wait, I was told that the inspection machine was broken and that there were other cars before me with 25-30 minutes per car. I had to wait 5 minutes to be able to leave and went to the one on 57 that had no line, an extra bay, labels for where to go for inspection (the one on 31 didn’t), and an employee greeting me instantly.

Very friendly and knowledgeable bunch. One girl, Nikki went out of her way to try to fix a couple of headlight clips for me. She did the best she could with what she had to work with. Great experience and quick. Did a very good routine check before changing my oil. Highly recommended if you're in a bit of a hurry to get your oil done or many other needs.
