TOPS Friendly Markets

I went in on 2/25/21 at 3:55pm for a 8pc fried chicken. I always pop in once a week for the chicken. The lady packaging the chicken is a wonderful employee with a Beautiful soul. She's always very nice, polite and helpful. Too bad I haven't been able to get her name. Next time I'll have to do a positive customer comment at the service desk. ♥ufe0f

I called on Thanksgiving day to ask whether they had a certain product. Not only did the customer service rep go check on the product, she also brought two packages to the customer service desk to save until I got there. She even applied a coupon. Customer service at this location has always been excellent! Every time I go I am impressed.

This Tops is fantastic. I needed a large sub order and instead of giving me a reason why they couldn't do it they made arrangements to make sure it got done when I needed it. I can highly recommend this location for any of your catering or meal needs. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful.

Shopped at the store # 368- 8417 Oswego Rd Baldwinsville, NY tops last night no cashiers on so i used the self check out had trouble with it and the slovenly woman at the podium that's supposed to help stood there and snarled out what i was doing wrong. Got thru the transaction and i said thank you and she didn't respond like she must have taken a vow to never smile again. Date of visit-3/14/20- 10:13 PM

Terrible service in the deli. Half of the sub roll is hard as a rock. The staff stared at me until one finally said he would make the sub. The older woman went in the back and ignored the other customers. There are 3 pieces of ham on the sub. All around terrible experience.
