We made a trip to St. George to visit this location specifically, and it was not worth the drive. Immediately after walking in, we were wondering if this store was going out of business because there was almost nothing out on the shelves. Then the individual “working” appeared to have just woke up and had little to no knowledge and even less interest in helping us. We spent about 10 seconds inside the “store” and asked a couple questions before realizing this was 10 seconds we were never going to get back. The website is terribly misleading, giving information on food prep & “EXTREMELY knowledgeable staff “ and it offered neither. According to the “ extremely knowledgeable “ individual we had the pleasure of meeting during our extremely short visit was that, “ well, we offered food prep for a while, but that Just kinda phased out & we haven’t done that for about a year now.” So, if anyone is looking for food prep or nutritional info, your best bet is to pass this location up.

Extremely knowledgeable staff. Like, REALLY knowledgeable. I asked the guy if he had a degree in medicine or something, because he was able to not only answer every question I had, but give me a fantastic understanding in depth of why. Amazing experience, and prices are great!
Mitch was so helpful, in helping me find the supplemental greens I was looking for. Not only does this store supply high quality protein products they also supply supplements to achieve your basic dietary needs.
By FAR the best valued, shop in St George Utah! They have a the best products and the best prices! It doesn’t get any better! The owners are amazing, it is such a different feel than every other supplement shop. These guys honestly care so much about your success and will never try to push anything you don’t need! I also just tried their meal prep! It was amazing!
If you’re trying to not waste your time and money, and want to have the stuff you need to achieve your health goals, you need to go see theses guys!
