Beautiful, new Sefardic bais medrash. There is a vasikin minyan. Plus an afternoon mincha at 1pm and 3pm. Nice library of seforim with a huge selection of sefardic achronim. There is a Kollel learning there headed by a big talmid chochum rav shalom silverberg shlita. He is also the posek for halacha hotline and he has a hashgacha called Mehadrin.

Warm place to catch a minyan with the friendliest people in the five towns. You can even grab a coffee :)
