Alex and his team are top notch. I ran into a few extra problems before my retune and Alex chopped away at each problem like a true professional. Him & Steve are super humble with excellent customer service. No other tuner or shop comes close. Come here and get it done right the first time.

Brought in my brand new 2019 Infiniti Q50 Luxe to get my car tuned last year and end up getting the car back with the engine light on and the radio system turns on and off ever since the tune. They tried to blame it on Infiniti saying my car's software has to be updated which is NOT true. Took my car back and nothing was fixed. So I brought it to another tuner Vinny Ten Racing, my car radio goes back to normal and the engine light came off ever since I got it re-tuned by them.nnMind you, my car only had 5k miles at the time when I brought it to them. For them to mess up the car and takes no responsibility is not a good business practice.

Alex and his team are great, helpful and knowledgeable!nThe prices are competitive as well!nnStarted bringing my GTR here for maintenance instead of the dealership..nAnd will be looking at other performance upgrades with them down the line.
