It’s rare to find auto shops that are professional yet make you feel comfortable to leave your car to get work done. Prices and time are both reasonable and I know prices and the time work is done can change when it comes to cars and OD Performance advised me of that every in every step of fixing my car so I was never blind sided by my bill at the end.Thank You OD Performance for doing a job well done on my car.

Job place with OD Performance wasn’t the first job with them I have done business with them before however this time it went sour. We traded vehicles and I instantly requested for him to do some work on my new vehicle, as he started it in September he would always give me fast answers I ask how much the job will be for paint he said $3500. foolish as I can be I gave him the full payment, now 2 months go by and the car is sitting outside. So I ask him for advice on the car and when he will start it. We spoke very briefly he said he is pulling it in. We then spoke and agreed on just painting the engine bay viewing the cost difference he said he will refund me right away. OD Performance then produce an invoice that involved an additional task, one in which I told him if it’s gonna cost extra please do not do. Budget for job was set at 1500$ What he hit me with is $2200. As time goes by I am promised my refund but no refund in sight. Not a single refund sign was located at his shop and receiving very little response was starting to take my toll on me. He did sent me back $400 then promised next week as next week came no response. I am then told to come down to the shop to sign papers, I go to sign my title of the new acquired car, and he said here is the bill of sale please sign. Confused I read it and it said that I forgive all debt and wish to terminate all transactions and move on. Proceed to tell him no way I’m signing that I’m taking the title and leaving, trying to leave he blocks my path then follows me back to the vehicle insisting I give back title and sign paperwork. With all that I left, now I’m trying to get my refund with one problem , and trying to pick up my car in another as I keep being told I cannot pick up my vehicle till I sign that paperwork and he will be charging $75 per day of vehicle kept there. I told him to leave it out on the street I will cover all tickets. I honestly want to move on get my money back and end this nightmare.
