pulling into my driveway, i was a few inches off and i ripped the side of the bumper (a complete disaster) ----- went to a few places to get a quote for fixing it. Puma's gave the best price, said if i get it fixed from dealer the part would be from a foreign place - price was great too. phenominal work, service. everything!

Absolutely blown away by Everyone over at Pumas. I got into an accident on August 7th. It was minor but my brand new car took a decent hit with damage. I was referred to Pumas by family and I am so glad I listened. They stayed in communication the entire time they had my car. They dealt with the insurance company for me from communication to payment. I live an hour away so I was nervous about using them. I Shouldn’t have ever worried they drove to me picked up my car and dropped off a rental. When it came to my car being done, they contacted me and worked with my schedule. They came to me and dropped it off while picking back up the rental all from my jobs parking lot. My car looks like I just rolled it out of the dealership again. I am so relieved and will absolutely be using/ recommending Pumas in the future!! Thank you to every I spoke directly too! Matt, Christine and frank!!

This is my 2nd time at Puma and no fault of my own. They are very service oriented, the shop is so clean and inviting. I highly recommend Puma. I will not go anywhere else. They are the best!

I picked my car up today and was amazed at how great my car looked. They not only did great body work, they detailed my car and it looked like new again. Christine and Matt took care of every detail and ensured I was taken care of. I highly recommend Puma's.

This place is really great. So professional and absolutely stress free. They take care of everything for you from beginning to start. Insurance, rentals , questions, everything. And then they handle all the in between too. The women Christene really knows her stuff and literally takes care of everything. I’ve brought my car there quite a few times for detailing and some body work and every time I get it back it looks and feels like a brand new car. I’ve recommended a lot of people there and everyone that leaves is always happy with the work. I never leave reviews but I felt like this place truly deserves a 5 star review. They really know how to keep their customers happy and keep them coming back. This place knows how to run a business for sure.
